The Fuel Injector Nozzle Is One Of The Three Pairs Of Precision Components Of The Diesel Fuel Supply System

As any farmer who has used a diesel generator knows, the nozzle is one of the three pairs of precision components in the diesel fuel supply system. Its normal service life is over one thousand hours. But due to improper use, often use hundreds of hours, or even dozens of hours of wear and tear stuck.

I. main causes of sticking of fuel injector nozzle:

1. Diesel oil is not clean. Impurities inside the high-pressure oil pipeline make the needle valve coupling parts not close tightly. In addition, the oil injector adjusting spring, tappet, and other parts of the dirty by the injector tappet to move to the upper part of the injector needle valve, or oil road to prevent oil leakage of cotton rope, lead into the injector through the high-pressure tubing, will be the needle valve pieces stuck.

2. Too high machine temperature causes poor cooling of injector, resulting in oil valve coupling stuck. The engine may overheat if the oil supply time is too late, the cooling channel scale is too much or blocked, the pump impeller end face is worn, and the engine overloads for a long time.

3. The oil outlet valve is worn, so that the oil dripping occurs when the fuel injector stops pumping, resulting in coke accumulation in the fuel injector nozzle and the stuck fault.

4. When the injector is installed, the leakage of gaskets or gaskets will be damaged, resulting in air leakage, causing the local temperature of the injector to be too high and stuck.

5. The injection pressure is too low, resulting in the reverse channeling of high-pressure gas in the combustion chamber;

6. Reasons for parts manufacturing, such as too tight fitting of injector mounting holes and injectors on cylinder head, too small clearance of needle valve body and mounting holes on cylinder head, and too deep processing of cylinder head injector mounting holes.

2. Repair method of stuck nozzle: first put the stuck nozzle into diesel oil or engine oil to warm, then take out and wrap with cloth, then clamp needle valve with hand clamp and slowly move, take out needle valve from needle valve body. Drop a small amount of cleaning oil in the needle valve body, so that the needle valve in the needle valve body repeatedly, until the needle valve can move in the needle valve body. If the sealing surface of the needle valve has burn marks, it shall be ground with grinding paste. When grinding, pay attention to master the amount of grinding paste and grinding time. Install the cleaned bell valve coupler on the injector, and adjust the injection pressure can be used again.
